Outside of Acting, Modeling, Writing, and Music, I have a passion on creating art on other levels. As a creative with passion, I love being able to work with other artists and help them bring a vision to life. Below are some collaborations I have done with other amazing artists.

 

“Fantastic” by SNAKECHILD

Model, Assistant Director

I found a casting call for this music video online and submitted myself as an extra. It was a paid gig, why not? When I arrived on set, the energy was pretty dope and the Director Jassiel McBride and I simply clicked as artists and human beings. In between changes, breaks, breakfast and so forth, he knew he wanted to make me the lead of this girl gang. So instantly I went from extra to gang leader in this visual. After discussing my passion for directing and voicing my artistic opinions, to which he was so open about and listened, he decided to take me under his wing and offered me the role of Assistant Director for the second day of shooting. I was stoked! I had just wrapped a musical the night before and on 5 hours of sleep I showed up to set ready to assist! He let me take the reign, let me direct the actors a few times, and let me truly help his vision come to life. It was an amazing experience I am proud of and learned so much I can put towards my work moving forward.

“THE ONE” by INAS X

Assistant Director, Casting Director

When singer/songwriter and friend Inas X showed me the track, it was during a pivotal time for our world. Black Lives Matter movement had just begun to shape the country, Muslim discrimination was being publicized in different regions of the world, the LGBTQIA+ community were beginning to get the rights they deserve, and so much more in between. I listened to the track and told Inas that everyone could benefit from this song. We wanted to focus on unifying the population during harsh political and social times by spreading her message of love and unity. No matter what struggle you find yourself in, you are not alone, and with strength, love, and faith, you’ll be the one who won. I wrote the treatment and cast the actors while Nimi Hendrix took on the Director’s role. We were all very proud of the final result.
